Terms of service

Effective 26 October 2026.

These terms apply to everyone who uses AOA Desk ("we", "the service"), the online office for apartment owners' associations. By signing in you agree to them. Questions: office@aoadesk.com.

Who can use AOA Desk

Each society that uses AOA Desk decides who is added and what role they have. You can sign in only if your society's office has added you. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it. If you think someone else has used your sign-in, tell your society office or write to us.

Your society's information

The records, documents and comments in AOA Desk belong to the society and the people who added them. The society is responsible for what it records and for having the right to record it, including people's names, emails and phone numbers. We use this information only to run AOA Desk, as our privacy policy explains.

Using it fairly

Do not use AOA Desk to break the law, to upload anything you have no right to share, to harass anyone, or to try to get into information your role does not allow. Do not try to disrupt or overload the service. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

The assistant

The built-in assistant answers from your society's records using AI, and it can make mistakes. Check anything important (amounts, dates, decisions) against the records before you rely on it.

Fees

Any fees for AOA Desk are agreed separately with each society.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AOA Desk running and its information safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features over time. Keep your own copies of documents your society must hold by law.

Limits of our responsibility

AOA Desk is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions a society or its members make using the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Stopping

A society can stop using AOA Desk at any time and ask for its information to be deleted. The society office can remove any person's access. We may end the service for a society with reasonable notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Using AOA Desk after a change means you accept the new terms.
